Uniform Purchases – Ordering and Delivery

• Can i have sample before going for bulk/Uniform Size Color orders ?

Yes. keertana.in will send specimen or sample on payment basis, which is refundable. Returns will be accepted within 15days of the receipt of the order. The 15-day Return Policy at keertana.in is a “No Question Asked Policy”. You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied with specimen(Samples).

• What are the delivery charges for Uniform orders?

Courier Transportation charges will be informed before sending samples and bulk orders.

• What is the payment terms?

If Uniform Orders Accepted by us then 50%Advance payment of total order value by Cash deposit or Online fund transfer to our account.,and remaing balance amount at the time when product is ready to ship

• How long will delivery take?

Uniform Order Dispatch Time will be discussed before Finalizing/accepting orders

For Samples – Delivery within 3 to 5 days.(Through Air or Express Courier Services)

For Bulk Orders –After we dispatch the ordered Goods it depends upon Transporter services choosed

• What is Refund Return terms for Uniform Orders?

Once Uniform Orders Finalize and Accepted Advance we will Not Make any Refund or Not Accept any Return or Any Exchange.

• Can i Cancel or Change Uniform Orders?

Once Advance Paid your Order is Finalized and you Cannot Cancel or Change your Uniform Order Size,Design,Color etc
