PAYMENT POLICIES:
- All payments should be notified once made.
- Please do keep proofs of your payments with you until the order is delivered to you. We may ask you details or picture of your payment just as a security protocol for confirmation.
- Cheques/demand drafts if sent must be received within 4 to 5 business days of the orders. Cheque purchases will be shipped only when cheques cleared.
- Payment gateway charges will be extra for payments done by Credit/Debit Cards, Net-Banking.
- Clothmart.online cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available.
If a payment fails, what is the way for me?
A1) In the event of a payment collapse, please retry ensuring: Information passed to payment gateway is accurate i.e. accounts details, billing address, password (for internet banking) or your net link isn't disrupted in the procedure.
A2) If your account was debited following a payment collapse, it normally returns to your own bank account within 7 business days. You may email us at info@.com or give us a call with your order amount for any clarification.
