Pricing Information

Refund & Returns
Customer need to notify us first before raising dispute for refund OR returning any product, you may do this through Email Us (@gmail.com). Returns made without notice SHALL NOT qualify for any kind of refund of payments.
Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse.
We shall not accept Returns and Refund cannot be made for Unstitch or Semi Stitch ladies suits.
After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wish to. And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days. ( To know briefly about our Refund & Return policy, visit our refund and return policy page directly. )


User Obligations
Subject to compliance with the Terms of Use, We grants You a non-exclusive, limited privilege to access and use this Website and the Services provided therein.

WHOLESALE CONDITIONS

1. Our Responsibility Ceases immediately after the goods are handed over to the carriers.

2. We shall not to held responsible for any damage or loss during transit.

3. Ordered Goods if not ready will be got Manufactured and supplied as expeditiously as possible.

4. Goods once sold will be not taken back or exchanged.

5. All orders confirmed and accepted by us are always subjected to any restrictions or controls now in force or to be introduced hereafter by any Government, Railways or Postal Authorities etc.

6. All engagement are subject to the usual force majeure.

7. Intrest will be charged at 21 percent per annum after one month from the invoice date.

8. Goods personally selected will not be exchanged or taken back.

9. Errors and Omissions are excepted.

10. Jari Colors and Materials are not guaranteed.

11. All disputes are Subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction only.

12. No Payment is binding on the office unless it made by crossed cheque or draft in Favour of Kalakruti Sarees.
